Sharman Fielding, a Leicestershire-based chartered accountancy practice, has moved to new premises in the prominent professional services hub of Leicester with financial support from Barclays Business.

The premises are located at The Oval, 57 New Walk, Leicester. The move enables the firm to integrate all its offices under one roof making it easily accessible and convenient for clients and staff alike.

The business was established in the mid 1940's by Messrs Bernard Sharman and Maurice Fielding. Since then, the firm has steadily grown organically and by acquisitions making it one of the largest independent accountancy firms in Leicestershire with five partners and eighteen staff. 

Commenting on the move, Senior Partner Ashok Patel said: "To support our continuing growth and reputation of providing audit, accountancy, taxation and business advisory services for the SME marketplace as well as personal tax planning for the high net worth individual, we took the strategic decision to move to these premises to further enhance our brand name within Leicestershire and the surrounding counties. The move enables us to provide all of our services from one location in pleasant surroundings, and appeal to those larger entities, corporate and professionals, who are looking for a high level of personal specialised advisory services at a reasonable cost in the current economic climate. "
