Bromsgrove-based Foster Care Associates, which cares for
troubled children, has announced a further expansion.
FCA, which already has 20 offices in the town, has taken 3,815
sq ft of space at 3 Saxon Mews on Saxon Business Park in Stoke
Prior as a new administration facility.
And the move has been put together with the help of Redditch
commercial property agents John Truslove.
Twenty staff will be based at Saxon Mews - the group employs
1,000 in total.
FCA, part of the Core Assets Group, is the UK's leading
independent fostering agency, with 80 offices nationwide.
Working in partnership with local authorities and health trusts,
it seeks to provide "quality care in a family setting" for more
than 2,500 foster children who are looked after by the agency's
2,100 foster families.
An FCA spokesman said: "We specialise in foster care
nationwide.
"We provide high quality placements for a wide range of
distressed children and young people. Our approach to fostering
places the child's needs and local support for our foster carers
firmly at the centre of what we do.
"Our aim is to ensure that the strategies we use are effective
in improving the outcomes of those placed with us."
John Truslove said: "It is good to see such a caring
organisation as Foster Care Associates expanding its Midlands
operation.
"We were very pleased to be able to help with identifying a base
for their new administrative facility."
No 3 Saxon Mews, a modern two-storey office complex, has been
taken on a five year lease.
