Top dealmaker Robin Johnson has joined Harris Lamb giving the
Stoke Office a boost to the retail side of the property
consultancy.
Robin Johnson, founding partner in 1985 of Johnson Fellows,
brings a wealth of experience to the Stoke-on-Trent office having
worked with clients that included T&S Stores/Supercigs Jessops,
Poundland and various Co-op organisations.
Robin is one of Birmingham's most effective dealmakers with a
national pedigree. Recently working alongside clients that include
national, regional and other niche retailers as well as providing
strategic advice for several retail parks.
As agents the teams at Harris Lamb are award-winning leaders in
commercial and industrial property deals and for the fourth year
running just secured the Estates Gazette "Most active agent award"
in Birmingham. "Pushing retail is the logical next step," said Andy
Lamb.
Harris Lamb has an existing foothold in the retail market as
property adviser to Dignity Funerals the UK's largest financial
provider and deals with over 600 properties across the UK. This
appointment will now strengthen the company's retail side
considerably.
