Property consultancy CBRE has welcomed six new surveyors to its
team.
Stelios Demetriou joins the firm's lease consultancy team from
BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The senior surveyor will advise clients such as HSBC and
Santander on landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews
and lease renewals, across the East and West Midlands.
Surveyor Edward Forrester has been appointed to CBRE's property
and asset management department. He will manage office, industrial
and retail parks around the Midlands for CB Richard Ellis
Investors, the global real estate management firm, and other
pension funds and institutional clients. He moves from King Sturge
in Cardiff. He is joined by Gregg Morgan, ex Birmingham Property
Services.
Donna Pickersgill joins the development consultancy and
regeneration team from GVA. She will be responsible for development
reports and viability appraisals for both public and private sector
clients. She previously worked for RegenCo, the former regeneration
company for Sandwell.
Donna replaces Jan Losch, who has moved across to CBRE's
valuation team.
Two surveyors have been recruited to CBRE's rating team. David
Bullimore moves from BNP Paribas Real Estate, to take on the role
of senior surveyor helping corporate occupiers and investors cut
the cost of their business rates. He is joined by new rating
administrator Stephanie Cartwright.
Martin Guest, managing director of CBRE in Birmingham, said:
"These appointments will bolster our professional teams across the
board and takes our headcount in the city to more than 90".
