£1,000 Challengers
A daring skydive, gruelling triathlon and a stylish garden party
were amongst activities, which helped raised £17,000 over the
summer months for the Joseph Foote Trust.
Some 18 supporters who committed to take part in the Trust's
'£1,000 Challenge' scheme attended a special presentation at
the Charity's head office in Solihull to receive their certificates
and specially designed pin badge in recognition of their fantastic
fundraising efforts.
Other Challenges included a fun run, walk in the Peak District,
coffee morning and quiz.
Since the '£1,000 Challenge' initiative was launched in
March this year, more than £40,000 has been raised for the
brain tumour research charity.
