Midland law firm MFG Solicitors has announced the promotion of
Katherine Tippetts to the position of associate within the firm's
Family Division.
Katherine joined the firm in June 2010 from Walker Smith Way
Solicitors in Chester after qualifying in 2005. Originally based at
MFG's offices in Telford, the financial and divorce-settlement
specialist is now based at Adam House, the firm's newly opened
Kidderminster headquarters.
A key part of MFG's respected Family Division, Katherine also
deals with intricate pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and
rural cases involving farming assets.
Commenting on her promotion, Katherine said: "I am delighted to
be promoted within such a talented and ambitious team. MFG has gone
from strength to strength in recent years and as part of the firm's
Family Division, I hope to contribute further to that success and
enhance our reputation for providing cost-effective, professional
services to our clients."
Mercedes King-Jones, head of MFG's Family Division added:
"Katherine thoroughly deserves her promotion and has developed an
admired, trusting reputation with all her clients since joining us
over 12 months ago.
"She has all the essential skills and qualities the modern
family lawyer must have and that is reflected in the quality of
service she provides."
Katherine is also a collaborative lawyer and a member of
Resolution, an association of family lawyers who promote a
conciliatory approach to family law and subscribe to a code of
practice.
