Wells McFarlane, one of the East Midlands leading commercial
property management and chartered surveying practices, has
announced the launch of its new residential lettings division to
serve Leicestershire and Warwickshire.
With the UK rental market experiencing significant growth as a
result of rising property prices and increasing difficulty in
securing mortgages, Wells McFarlane felt the timing was right to
offer a comprehensive and bespoke service specialising in all
aspects of residential lettings, from tenant selection to full
property management.
The new division is being managed by senior surveyor, Victoria
Strickland and aims to provide landlords with the security of
knowing their properties will be professionally managed whilst at
the same time reassuring tenants their choice of property will meet
all requirements.
"Rental properties across Leicestershire and Warwickshire are
highly sought after and Wells McFarlane has both the experience and
market knowledge to satisfy this demand," explains Victoria. "We
want to make the renting and management experience hassle-free for
all involved and begin to develop long term relationships with
landlords and tenants."
Wells McFarlane has marked the division's launch with its
inaugural letting; a luxury, detached, four bed modern barn
conversion in Wanlip, Leicestershire. Situated on a small
development of six homes, the property has views over picturesque
parkland and has been let on an assured shorthold tenancy to Martin
Moore and Shelley Mercer.
"We are obviously pleased to have secured the first letting and
look forward to helping more families find their new home,"
concluded Victoria.
