Rapid expansion and demand for its services has triggered a recruitment drive for national training and apprenticeship organisation Positive Outcomes, which has its head office in Derbyshire.

The company, which is one of the top ten independent training providers in the UK, has created six new Telesales Officer positions within its ten-strong Engagement Team. A series of selection days starts on Thursday 15th December 2011 at its head office, which will give interested candidates the opportunity to find out more about the vacancies, the team and the company.

"We are based at Junction 28 of the M1 and operate in all nine regions of the UK, delivering government funded and commercial training in management, team leading, business administration, customer service, retail, IT, warehousing and storage," explains Cheryl Peto, Head of HR and Support Services at Positive Outcomes.

"Due to recent successes, rapid expansion and growth in turnover from £1.6 million to in excess of £10 million in the last two years alone, the company now needs to add experienced professionals to our Engagement Team. Our open days are being run to give anyone interested the chance to find out more."

Positive Outcomes' Engagement Team specialises in helping school leavers and young people up to 24 years old into work through apprenticeships. The new roles include responsibility for building relationships with local and national employers to secure apprenticeship vacancies, and supporting and coaching candidates to prepare for interview.

Positive Outcomes currently has over 100 employees and this is the second major recruitment drive for the business this year, which saw it recruit thirty new full-time employees.
