Stratford-based chartered accountancy firm Murphy Salisbury has
advised on a deal involving the acquisition of one of its business
clients.
Telecommunications provider Worldwide ISDN and its sister
company, Telecom IT, are now part of the Bluebell Telecom Group
following a deal worth more than £5 million.
Founded in 1999, Worldwide ISDN grew from a tiny business run
from a back bedroom to a successful company with a turnover of
around £2 million in the space of just five years. This
increased to £5 million following the acquisition of Telecom
IT.
A Murphy Salisbury client since 2007, the business provides
high-tech telecommunications solutions to a wide range of clients,
including local authorities, NHS trusts, universities, small firms
and corporate entities.
Worldwide ISDN was advised on the deal by Steve Smith, senior
partner at Murphy Salisbury, who said: "This successful deal will
be of great benefit to both Worldwide ISDN and Bluebell Telecom
Group, as well to each company's respective clients."
