The champagne has been flowing as Corporate Rewards celebrated
its 1,000th project win last Thursday. By remarkable coincidence,
the client bringing the 1,000th project to Corporate Rewards was
also the company's very first customer nearly a decade ago -
Microsoft.
Staff arrived at work to find the offices festooned with themed
banners and balloons, and a professional pamperer in place to
deliver relaxing massages to everyone throughout the morning. After
a celebration lunch, complete with the cutting of a millennium
cake, champagne presentations and entertainment courtesy of
talented staff players of Band Hero, a professional caricaturist
arrived to sketch all those brave enough to sit for him. Throughout
the day, a top photographic team transformed the main conference
room into a studio to take everyone's portraits.
Sean Wilkinson told staff: 'The reason why Microsoft, and
so many other clients, keep coming back to Corporate Reward is you
guys. It's your hard work, high standards of service and you guys
consistently going above and beyond the call of duty that make our
customers love us and stay with us.'
Corporate Rewards is planning substantial celebrations for an
even greater milestone next year when it will celebrate its 10th
anniversary. Several members of staff will also reach their 10th
year of employment with the company, which boasts a decade-long
happy relationship with a number of customers, including of course
Microsoft.
