Moonshadow Blinds, supplier of made to measure blinds, wins a
£60,000 contract to supply blinds for a new development by
Berkeley Homes.
Long Eaton based online retailer Moonshadow Blinds is proud to
announce that they have won a major new contract. They will supply
the construction firm Berkeley Homes with 800 blinds for apartment
blocks overlooking the Olympic Village.
The 5 apartment blocks include social housing and private
domestic dwellings, with all flats featuring Moonshadow Blinds. The
£60,000 contract is for plain cream roller and vertical
blinds for the new homes in Caspian Wharf, London.
Despite the government's recent announcement of a major new
housing stimulus package, the construction industry is facing
difficult times. The outlook is gloomy after years of economic
uncertainty, and yet this contract is a sign that there is still
life in the UK housing sector.
As Mike Lee, Managing Director of Moonshadow Blinds, explains,
"It feels like you can't turn on the TV or open a newspaper without
hearing more tales of woe. While conditions are certainly tough, we
are delighted that by offering high quality home interiors at
budget prices, we are still winning business.
"We believe that by staying true to our values of quality on a
budget we are offering what the market needs. This is why we're
winning big contracts like this recent one for Berkeley Homes."
