Jaguar Land Rover's Cash Management Team based in Whitley,
Coventry, were congratulated last week as The Chartered Institute
of Management Accountants (CIMA) announced the individuals, teams
and companies from around the globe who have delivered an
outstanding performance in business at the CIMA Annual Awards.
Jaguar Land Rover's Cash Management team were Highly
Commended in the category of Finance team of the year - more than
5,000 employees which highlights an outstanding finance team based
in a larger organisation. Commenting on the award, Kenneth Gregor,
CFO of Jaguar Land Rover plc said: "I'm very proud of the entire
Jaguar Land Rover finance and accounting team; and specifically the
work of the cash management team that has added significant value
to the business. I'm very pleased that CIMA has recognised their
great efforts."
Over 350 guests attended the prestigious ceremony, held at the
Lancaster Hotel, London, on 22nd November, to honour those involved
in promoting the profession and celebrate the CIMA awards 10th
anniversary. The night began with a Champagne reception followed by
dinner and was hosted by Sue Perkins, writer, presenter and
broadcaster.
Speaking at the event, Harold Baird, CIMA President, said:

delivering results that promote and develop the management
