Family lawyers recognised by Law Society for expertise

Two more members of one of the area's largest family law teams have gained special recognition for their expertise from the Law Society.

Nathan Wright and Alison Monaghan, both Solicitors with GHP Legal, have been awarded membership of the Family Law Panel.

Since joining the firm in their Wrexham office Mr Wright has specialised in family, divorce and financial matters, as well as Public Law Care matters and Private Law Children work, including Contact and Residence Orders. Miss Monaghan, who has specialised in matrimonial law at the firm's Oswestry office since qualifying as a Solicitor at the unusually young age of 23, is also a member of Resolution, a specialist group of just 5000 lawyers in the UK who look to resolve family disputes without going to Court whenever possible.

Congratulating his team members on their achievement John Lancaster, GHP Legal Partner and head of the family law team, said: "Both Nathan and Alison have great empathy with clients and they have each made an important contribution to the wide range of expertise that exists within our family law team, representing clients right across North and Mid Wales, Shropshire and the North-West."
