With more than 20 years experience in the new homes industry, Helen McGill is well placed to ensure Redrow builds on its successes.

The new area sales manager for the housebuilder's South Midlands division, based in Northampton, is keen to build on the company's strong reputation.

Helen, from Northampton, said: "I'm relishing the chance to work for one of the top new homes developers in the country, with such a strong reputation for build quality and design. I'm working with a really positive team and we have a fantastic product to sell."

Overseeing sales at two of Redrow's largest developments in the area, Helen is keen to get off to a flying start.

"We are selling a large number of apartments at Farnborough Central, in Hampshire, a prominent town centre redevelopment project on part of the former Royal Aircraft Establishment. We have already sold half of the properties, but there are some very exciting phases still to come. These include apartments that look over the historic airfield, which will be much sought after."

Helen is also managing sales of Redrow's New Heritage Collection homes at Balmoral Gardens, part of the wider Jennett's Park development, in Bracknell. She added: "In Bracknell we are very much focussing on the family market; people who are looking for a traditional looking home with a sleek, modern interior."

Before joining Redrow, Helen most recently worked for Bovis Homes for two years and prior to that was an area sales manager with both Bryant Homes and Wilson Connelly.
