A networking event at Lincoln's new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in February will bring together commercial property agents and developers and introduce them to the new Business Investment Team at Invest Lincolnshire.

Invest in Lincolnshire: A Networking Event for Property Agents and Developers will take place on 23rd February 2012 from 11.30am to 2pm and will feature presentations by business leaders from organisations including DoubleTree by Hilton, Siemens and QV Foods.

The event is being organised by Invest Lincolnshire, part of Lincolnshire County Council, and aims to update property agents and developers on development opportunities and economic initiatives in the county.

Those attending will have the opportunity to network with other commercial property professionals and developers and tour the new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on Lincoln's marina.

A number of speakers from the key economic sectors of tourism, engineering and food will tell delegates why they have recently expanded their operations or invested in Lincolnshire:

Richard Farrar, developer of the DoubleTree by Hilton

Neil Corner, Director of Service at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery

Simon Martin, Sales and Marketing Director at QV Foods and Fresh Approach

The event will begin with an address by Jenny Gammon, Assistant Director for Economy and Culture at Lincolnshire County Council, about major development opportunities and economic initiatives in the county.

If you would like to attend please send an email to Carolyn.tuscher@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
