A team of legal experts believe there is good cause for optimism
around the commercial property scene in the region.
More than 100 people including professionals, service providers
and clients descended on St Mary's Guildhall in Coventry for the
annual Band Hatton Commercial Buffet.
Representatives of the legal, property, financial and public
sectors attended to discuss the past 12 months and what the future
holds in store for the commercial property market in Coventry and
Warwickshire.
Philip Costigan, from Station Square-based legal experts Band
Hatton, said: "We were very pleased with how the event went and we
feel we had a good mixture of people in attendance from a broad
range of sectors.
"There is no doubt the commercial property market is facing
challenging times, but everyone is in the same boat, and there was
a positive feel about the place.
"Coventry and Warwickshire has a proud history of resilience and
we have a large number of talented professionals in the region -
underlined by the amount of people who attended the event.
"With this many driven and skilled individuals working towards
achieving the best possible results for the region, there is every
reason to feel optimistic."
