Proving it really is the most wonderful time of the year, Crest
Nicholson has announced that the sales and marketing suite at its
Park Central development in Birmingham will remain open during the
Christmas period.
The innovative developer took the decision to extend its opening
hours over Christmas, following increased demand from
professional's keen to view properties outside of office hours. In
response to this demand, prospective buyers can now visit the
development until 4pm on Friday 23rd December and return again on
the 28th through to the 30th December to view the current range of
new build properties, from 11am to 4pm.
Property expert Elizabeth Weintraub comments that Christmas Day
is the best day of the year to purchase a new home as competition
with other potential purchasers is generally lower and better deals
may be offered by sellers (about.com). Crest Nicholson has
supported this trend by offering a 'Christmas sale' price on one of
its show apartments in the highly desirable Liberty building at
Park central, where a stylish, fully-furnished two bedroom
apartment can be purchased for just £136,950 - with the
purchaser saving a total of £10,000.
Ruth Williams, sales manager for Park Central said: "Finding
time to visit developments and view properties can often be a
struggle when you are working full time and have weekend
commitments. Having seen over 680 visitors to Park Central this
year, we have a good impression of what buyers want and the
Christmas holiday provides house hunters with the perfect
opportunity to view the stylish new homes at Park
Central.
"Alongside providing house hunters with more time to take
advantage of our sales team's expert support and advice, opening
during the festive season also enables visitors to come and
experience the atmosphere at Park Central during everyone's
favourite time of the year. I think many visitors will be surprised
by what a quiet and green oasis the development offers despite
being situated right in the heart of a lively city centre. Our new
show apartment is also open for viewings and we look forward to
showing visitors what the New Year could hold for them at Park
Central."
A new selection of one bedroom apartments has now been released
for sale in the Houston building, part of Park Central's £15
million Lower Parkside phase of the development. Priced from just
£110,000, the properties have been built to the highest
specification, boasting a large open plan living room and kitchen
area including leading appliances, plus French door access to a
spacious balcony.
