Walton Homes opens the doors to Tamworth’s latest development

Local developer Walton Homes will launch a selection of exclusive new homes this weekend (12th November) at its latest development, Millfields in Tamworth.

Situated in a prime location off Brookside Way in Wilncote, Millfields consists of a selection of detached and semi-detached luxury properties; boasting two bungalows - both with two bedrooms - and nine three and four bedroom traditional two-storey houses.

Designed to the highest specification, all the properties will include spacious kitchens and modern bathrooms, alongside family-sized gardens. The majority of homes will also benefit from private garages. As an added incentive, Walton Homes is offering future residents the chance to personalise their new home, with a choice of high quality fixtures and contemporary finishes, allowing new homeowners the perfect opportunity to put their own spin on the property.

Helen Rollason, sales manager at Walton Homes says: "We are hugely excited to be launching these superb new homes this weekend. It is very rare that you find contemporary and spacious new-build bungalows, especially alongside beautiful family homes and I am sure this mixture will not only add something different to the market place, but also help provide the perfect setting for a friendly community to flourish.

"The new homes have all been designed with spacious and bright living areas and modern kitchens, not to mention the large gardens which are perfect for keeping the children entertained or just taking a moment alone to relax. At Walton Homes we understand just how important your home is to you and with this is mind we will be offering new homeowners who reserve their plots early the chance to have an input on the interior design with a variety of fixtures and fittings available."

Construction has now commenced at the secluded development and the first homes are due to be completed by the New Year.

Starting in price from £164,950 for a two bedroom bungalow and £189,950 for a three bedroom detached family home, the stylish properties at Millfields are already proving popular, with many people registering their interest in the properties prior to this weekend's launch.

Helen continues: "I would advise anyone thinking of moving to Tamworth to come and view the plans for these beautiful new homes as soon as possible. We are expecting a high level of interest in Millfields, especially amongst people wishing to invest in a property on a smaller and more private development."

Walton Homes is a family run housebuilder based in Lichfield, with a track record spanning over 25 years in the region. The force behind a significant number of regeneration projects and new homes developments in Staffordshire and the wider West Midlands area, Walton Homes has secured a reputation for its bespoke, quality approach to house building.

The Millfields marketing suite will be open from 11am - 5pm from Thursday to Monday, including weekends. For further information contact the sales team on 01827 262436.
