Banbury's leading law firm relocates its Commercial Law
departments to Gilmarde House, 47 South Bar Street, with new luxury
meeting rooms provided at 52-54 The Green.
Following its Legal 500 success, leading Banbury law firm Spratt
Endicott has announced its intention to move all staff into two
locations, allowing clients easier access through a contemporary
one-stop shop approach.
Reviewing how its client service levels could be further
improved, Spratt Endicott's decision to relocate all business
services into two venues is a continuation of the firm's pledge to
save clients unnecessary costs while providing for further
growth.
Alterations to Gilmarde House, 47 South Bar Street and 52-54 The
Green, are currently being undertaken by an expert team of
architects, planners and project managers. Once refurbished, the
two locations will become home to all of SES' staff. Located in
County Chambers until the end of November, the Debt Recovery,
Company Commercial, Employment and Dispute Resolution will move to
Gilmarde House while Property Logic, Property Plus and IT will be
relocated to 52-54 The Green.
Aligning its services into two dedicated locations will enable
Spratt Endicott to offer an even higher level of service to its
clients and, once relocated, the firm will occupy almost 13,000
square feet of office space across the two premises.
John Spratt, senior partner at Spratt Endicott Solicitors,
comments: "We purchased Gilmarde House a couple of years ago in
advance of our lease with the County Chambers Office expiring next
month, so it has been our plan for some time to relocate those
departments currently residing in the County Chambers. Their move
will effectively allow us to house all of our business services in
one easy-to-access location, while the other will be used by our
administration and Private Client teams."
Gilmarde House's refurbishment will be combined with altering
52-54 The Green to maintain the quality of that listed building.
Gilmarde house will provide high-quality fully air-conditioned
facilities for both staff and clients as well as additional office
space. Recent design changes to 52-54 The Green includes the
creation of a luxury boardroom complete with state-of-art
facilities, including the latest Smartboard interactive whiteboard,
projection facilities for meetings and presentations and improved
confidentiality through leading-edge acoustic attenuation. The
Commercial Law departments' move to Gilmarde House will also
provide additional parking spaces, giving secure parking facilities
to visitors.
