Shakespeares hosts business turnaround event

The banking, restructuring and insolvency team at the Nottingham office of law firm Shakespeares will lead a presentation on how to carry out a successful business turnaround later this month.

The event, being held on 23rd November at the firm's Nottingham office on Friar Lane, is the latest in a series of seminars organised by the local branch of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) to share best practice amongst business turnaround experts from across the East Midlands.

Carl Mifflin, partner at Shakespeares and East Midlands regional coordinator for the TMA , said: "At a time of continuing economic uncertainty, many businesses are facing financial difficulties and some are struggling with their cash flow. As this event will highlight, adopting the right tax strategy and seeking business advice when it is most needed can help relieve some of those pressures and generate much needed headroom.

"Above all it is important that local companies take action sooner rather than later to improve their financial position or to reshape their business more sustainably."

If you're interested in attending, please call Rebecca Froggatt at Shakespeares' Nottingham office on 0115 945 3700.
