Tamworth based IT outsourcing specialist Quiss Technology is
bucking the trend of company downsizing by celebrating a host of
new appointments. Having welcomed three new members to the company
over the summer, Quiss has now extended the team further with the
addition of two more technicians and a senior desktop support
engineer.
Johnathan Wood joins Quiss from HPCDS - a subsidiary of HP. He
is taking on the role of senior desktop support engineer, based
onsite with a recently acquired client in Watford.
Nicholas McCleary coming from Craegmoor, and Keith Rickards
coming from Rico Logistics, both take on roles within Quiss'
integral Helpdesk team, all of whom are fully qualified
technicians. They will enhance the provision of assistance and
technical solutions with client server and workstation operating
systems.
Operations Director Clive Taylor comments: "We're doing well as
a business, having won several new client contracts over recent
months. The helpdesk team is offered as a standalone package to
potential clients, as well as part of an all encompassing
outsourcing solution; the team is really buzzing at the moment.
With these new additions to the team we will be able to maintain
the speed and quality of service we've built our good reputation
on."
