Feedback was excellent from The Belmont Hotel's pudding taster
this month, with Head Chef Alex Ballard demonstrating some fabulous
culinary creations which customers were able to enjoy and taste
after a light main course and a glass of wine.
Director of Sales Alison Coulam said: "As a pudding connoisseur
myself, I like nothing more than to see how to cook and present
some amazing deserts and then taste them! I am clearly not
alone, as this event has been widely appreciated by our customers
many of whom are already asking for next year's dates."
The Belmont Hotel's pudding taster events will be held twice
during 2012, on 10 May 2012 and on 25 October 2012. To book
