Peeperl + Fuchs Manufacturing UK Ltd, represented by Savills,
has let Unit 8 at Wood Bank Estate, Wednesbury from London and
Cambridge Properties Ltd.
The designer and manufacturer of electronics has taken a new
60,525 sq ft (5,620 sq m) unit on a new 10 year lease. Peeperl +
Fuchs will pay £243,060 per annum.
Charlie Spicer, surveyor at Savills, comments: "Following an
acquisition of Walsall Limited by Peeperl + Fuchs in 2009, the
company outgrew its West Bromwich facilities and needed to relocate
to a space that would allow them to continue to grow. Wood Bank
Estate provides ample space for expansion and greater connectivity
to transport links."
