Adrenaline rush: Pam Neaves, owner of Mint Creative
Solutions, won a driving experience prize from an online
competition
A social media trainer is doing a lap of honour after winning an
online competition for an adrenaline-fuelled car racing
experience.
Pam Neaves, who owns Mint Creative Solutions, a design and
communications company based in Sutton Coldfield, won the prize -
to drive an MX5 GT Brit Car replica at Silverstone - after
registering herself as a fan of the 'Experience Mazda' Facebook
page.
Pam, who delivers social media training for businesses, said:
"Online competitions are proving to be a very popular marketing
activity on social networking sites and - as my recent competition
win would suggest - they can be a great way to reach out to
potential customers.
"Facebook currently has in excess of 800 million active users
across the globe - now that's a huge target audience!"
In line with her love of fast cars, Pam recently provided The
Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club with a tailored social media session that
outlined how Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blogs could
significantly increase its member numbers and boost the amount of
visitors to its website.
Tony Ridge, marketing manager for The Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club,
said: "Pam delivered an informative and inspirational training
session on how to use social media sites such as Facebook and
Twitter. We were aware that these tools could help us increase
membership for the club but we were not sure how best to go about
it. Pam provided a very beneficial and professional approach with
the right level of instruction and enthusiasm to help us move
forward."
Mint Creative Solutions was founded in 2003. The company aims to
help businesses attract more profitable clients through effective
