Family Housing Association, which provides nearly 2,500
affordable homes in Birmingham and the West Midlands, has appointed
two new senior members of staff.
Jackie Molloy has joined as assistant director people and
performance and Richard Wilson has taken on the role of assistant
director finance.
Jackie was previously head of people and performance at
Bromsgrove District Housing Trust and Richard was director of
resources at Local Better Regulation Office.
They join Tim Sewell, chief executive, deputy chief executive
Carmel McCarthy, director of finance and business development Rob
Ellis, assistant director homes and neighbourhoods Gail Newbold and
head of community investment Adam Carey in the new senior team.
Commenting on the re-organisation, chief executive Tim Sewell
said: "I'd like to welcome Jackie and Richard to the team.
"I am confident that our new senior management team has the
combined skills and expertise to ensure that Family can confidently
face the current challenges in the social housing sector and the
wider economy and be well placed to take advantage of the
opportunities that may arise."
Family Housing operates in some of the most deprived wards in
Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. One of the Tenant Services
Authority's top 10 co-regulation champions, in the last 18 months
it has grown by more than 10% and increased customer satisfaction
by 20% since 2008.
