commercial sales manager at the Ricoh Arena
The Ricoh Arena has appointed its first commercial sales manager
to continue to build upon its successful sponsorship portfolio.
Chancelle Driscoll has joined the team at the award-winning
venue in Coventry with a vast wealth of experience since her
previous roles include group sponsorship manager at the NEC and
account manager for The ICC.
"This is a big opportunity and I'm really looking forward to the
challenges ahead," she said.
"The Ricoh Arena offers something totally unique for prospective
partners and sponsors because we offer an array of opportunities
that can be tailor-made to the needs and requirements of each
client.
"With over one million visitors a year split over a range of
different audiences such as B2B, consumer exhibitions, conferences,
sport and music it's a great way to engage with and get each
company's message out across different sectors."
The 37-year-old, who lives in Solihull, added: "My job is about
bringing together all the different audiences who come to the Ricoh
Arena - our three key areas of business, entertainment and
sport.
"It is an absolutely amazing venue. Not many places can boast
they have attracted superstars like Take That and Kings of Leon as
well as preparing to play host to football matches during London
2012.
"The Ricoh Arena is already firmly on the map in a number of
industries and we need to continue promoting ourselves to develop
commercial relationships."
