A set of new offices located on a rural site in Leicestershire
have been completed and are now available to rent. The four
architect designed offices are located at the newly opened Arc
Business Centre on the outskirts of Market Harborough, next to the
Archway House Natural Health Centre.
The Arc Business Centre (www.businessarc.co.uk) is the
culmination of an 11 month build and renovation by owners Stella
and Alec Welton who have personally managed the whole project. "We
live and work on site and feel that it is really important that
whoever takes the units is really happy here, so they have been
built to the highest spec possible," explains Alec. "The centre's
pleasant rural location, combined with the convenience of its
proximity to Market Harborough and major transport routes such as
the M1 and M6 make it a very attractive proposition for

The four open plan offices are located over two floors. Sizes
range from 1,115 sq. ft to 1,250 sq. ft, although offices on either
floor could be joined to create one larger space. Each unit has its
