Leading full service marketing agency McConnells has
strengthened its digital team with the appointment of online
marketing specialist Chris Everiss as Senior Digital Account
Manager.
Chris joins Derby-based McConnells from a major online marketing
company, for whom he developed strategies that delivered major
increases in online presence and business for his clients.
With over 12 years of experience in online strategy, Chris
has a proven ability to devise tailored web-based tactics across a
range of market sectors.
Chris has already made a mark by overseeing the relaunch of the
McConnells website (www.mccgp.co.uk), which provides a one-stop
shop for companies' marketing needs with the addition of industry
news and a blog offering best practice tips.
Chris' experience makes him the ideal choice to spearhead
McConnells' growing investment in online marketing, as chairman
Robert Eley explains. "In recent years, we've seen a huge take-up
of our digital services from existing clients, as well as
approaches from new prospects interested in gaining a share of the
online audience."

As Senior Digital Account Manager, Chris will head up
McConnells' digital team, overseeing strategy to give clients the
best digital route to market. Chris' portfolio will include
website, social media and search engine strategies such as SEO and
pay per click advertising.
Where appropriate, he will also co-ordinate with McConnells'
brand design, media advertising and PR teams to ensure that online
marketing becomes an integral part of client campaigns.
