National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has
let one of Leicester's most environmentally sustainable office
buildings to leading UK accountancy firm RSM Tenon.
RSM Tenon is moving into the prime, self-contained Rivermead
House on the Grove Business Park. The 11,388 sq ft two-story office
building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating as well as an
A-rated Energy Performance Certification. It has biomass and gas
fired central heating and rainwater recycling among other
environmental features.
LSH acted jointly with GVA on the letting, on behalf of the
Audit Commission. APB acted for RSM Tenon.
RSM Tenon will be consolidating the two offices it has in
Leicester. There will be around 130 people in total working at the
new offices, which will enable all local teams and service lines to
be consolidated into one location.
The firm's Leicester Managing Director Chris Darlington said,
"Rivermead House is a modern building, constructed less than four
years ago with excellent access and extensive parking, which is
important to both our clients and our people "
Jane Taylor, Director at LSH Leicester said: "This is a superb
Grade A office building on a prime site close to the M1 and M69.
Grove Park is a prestigious location, and the fact that the
building has such high environmental credentials makes it an
excellent working environment."
