Bourne-based Larkfleet Homes is helping members of the armed
forces own their very own Larkfleet property as part of the
housebuilder's Forces Package incentive.
Army, airforce and navy personnel can benefit from Larkfleet
paying 5 per cent of their deposit and up to £500 towards
fees for financial advisors and solicitors.
As well as this, homebuyers benefiting from the Forces Package
can enjoy a £2,000 voucher to personalise their new home from
Larkfleet's 'Just for You' centre that includes a comprehensive
range of items and services to add that 'finishing touch' to any
new home.
New homeowners Robert and Lorraine Buchan have recently moved
into a Larkfleet property in Bourne, Lincolnshire and have
benefited from the incentive scheme.
Mr Buchan is an aircraft engineer based at RAF Lossiemouth. He
