A former council training centre could be re-let as a
prestigious business headquarters.
Property consultancy Harris Lamb says that the SiTech training
and conference centre is attracting interest from firms looking to
relocate within the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Harris Lamb have been contracted to market the 13,000 sq. ft.
office building for landlord Justob Limited after Stoke-on-Trent
City Council moved office staff out in October.
"SiTech is a high quality, self contained, office building which
is ideal for companies looking for a prestigious headquarters style
building," said Andrew Groves, Associate Director, Harris Lamb.
"There are very few purpose built offices on the market of this
size and quality and we are already in discussion with several
interested parties."
SiTech was built as an anchor development for the Trentham Lakes
business and leisure park in the south of Stoke-on-Trent.
It is strategically located close to the M6 and the A50 giving
easy access to cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham
and Derby.
Andrew said that the building offered an easy, ready made,
alternative, to having a headquarters or regional office purpose
built for them.
"It has striking design features, on site car parking and is
close to the Trentham Gardens shopping village. We are confident
that demand for the building will be strong," said Andrew.
