Champagne corks are popping at Mundys after it was named Best
Estate Agency in Lincolnshire for the fourth year in a row and Best
Letting Agency in one of the country's most prestigious property
competitions.
The Lincoln-based agency won the highly sought after five-star
accolades at The UK Property Awards in association with Google and
Bloomberg Television.
Mundys has been the proud winner of the five-star award for the
Best Estate Agency in Lincolnshire since 2008 and took home the
trophy for Best Letting Agency in Lincolnshire for the first time
this year.
Simon Bentley, Partner at Mundys, said: "We're delighted to have

lettings categories".

The team at Mundys received their awards at a high-profile gala
presentation at the Lancaster London hotel near Hyde Park on Friday
28th October.
The event was part of the prestigious International Property
Awards which are now in their 17th year and have become recognised
as the highest standard of excellence throughout the global
property industry.
Attaining these coveted awards is evidence that Mundys is
capable of excelling over some strong contenders within the highly
competitive UK property arena.
Later this year the highest scoring winners five-star winners
from each category of the UK awards will compete against other
winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, the Americas
and Europe to determine the world's best in each category.
These winners will be announced at a grand gala presentation
dinner at the Savoy Hotel, London on 12th December, 2011.
The judging panel consists of more than 80 professionals whose
collective knowledge of the property industry is unparalleled in
any other property awards. This year's judges include James Bacon,
UK account manager of Google; Peter Bolton King, Group Chief
Executive of the National Federation of Property professionals;
David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
