Around 50 professionals from across Coventry and Warwickshire
flooded into the new Severn Trent headquarters in Coventry to learn
about the success of the company's relocation.
The group were members of Coventry and Warwickshire First and
were invited to tour the 170,000 sq ft building which recently
received a sustainability award from RICS and boasts one of the
lowest carbon footprints for any UK office building - achieving a
BREEAM excellent rating.
Phil Ewing, chair of Coventry First and director at Leamington
and Coventry-based financial experts Harrison Beale and Owen, said:
"The new Severn Trent headquarters is a real success story,
bringing jobs to the region in difficult times, and this was a
fantastic opportunity for our members to see these new headquarters
up close."
