Chevin Fleet Solutions, based in Belper, has this month received recognition for its flagship application, FleetWave, at the annual Fleet Europe Awards held in Madrid.

Named third runner up in the award for International Fleet Supplier of the Year, Chevin's founder and Managing Director, Ashley Sowerby, comments: "It's a real testament to the hard work of the whole team to receive this international recognition for the difference our software makes to customers the world over.

"When I founded Chevin 21 years' ago here in Belper, I had a vision of becoming the leading provider of web-based fleet management software. The awards, which celebrate innovation in the field of improving fleet operations, are held annually by leading industry magazine, Fleet Europe.
