Law firm Browne Jacobson has been re-appointed to a major panel
advising health trusts across London and the West Midlands.
The firm was awarded the three year contract by Healthcare Trust
Europe (formerly the Healthcare Purchasing Consortium) in
partnership with the London Procurement Programme.
The consortium provides purchasing, supply chain and
commercial service to more than 100 trusts across London and the
West Midlands. Together it spends more than £7 billion on
healthcare provision each year.
Browne Jacobson will provide advice to trusts in nine key areas
including employment, healthcare, mental health, contract and
commercial, NHS governance and public law, corporate finance &
PPP/PFI, primary care services and property.
According to latest editions of Legal 500 and Chambers Browne
Jacobson has one of the leading healthcare practices in the West
Midlands and nationally. Browne Jacobson is also one of only a
handful of panel law firms advising the National Health Service
Litigation Authority.
