Valley Park paint ball battle
Property experts hit, and often missed, their targets for the
day when Blythe Valley Park hosted its annual agents'
event!
Around 40 leading property agents got to see Phase Two of the
257-acre park near Solihull at very close quarters as part of a
paintballing afternoon.
The three retained agents for the park - Knight Frank, Savills,
and DTZ - did battle in a specially created course on development
land.
Kate Smith, of Liberty Property Trust UK, which develops and
manages Blythe Valley Park in partnership with Doughty Hanson &
Co Real Estate, said: "We wanted all the agents in the region just
to see the extent of the development opportunities we have here -
and they certainly know the plots very well know.
"There were certainly a few fantasy SAS officers on parade - and
I think a few of them had been in secret training!"
