Eastside development Hive in Birmingham city centre is
continuing to sell fast with 14 apartments sold in August and
September.
House hunters have been snapping up the opportunity to become
part of the new residential community situated just three minutes
from the Bullring. Purchaser Sharron Yip was the 10th purchaser to
reserve a home at the development in August. She chose a corner
property on the development's seventh floor which offers fantastic
views of the city's iconic Selfridges building.
"As soon as I saw Hive I knew it was the right development for
me," commented Sharron. "For me, this is the most central
development in Birmingham and ideal for my daily commute from Moor
Street to Wythall. I am literally a three minute walk from the
train station which makes a huge difference to my quality of life
and it's great to also be within walking distance of all the city
centre has to offer."
Sharron chose a spacious one bedroom apartment at Hive and, less
than a month after reserving the property, completed her purchase
and moved in.
"I am really impressed with how fast my sale was completed,
added Sharron. "If I had been purchasing a property without the
support and advice of the sales team at Hive I think it would have
been much more stressful, particularly organising my mortgage with
the bank. Maria in the sales office was great, she helped me
through every step of purchasing the apartment, and completing my
purchase less than a month after I first viewed my apartment is
fantastic. I love the high specification of my apartment and
the view of Selfridge's at night is stunning; I definitely made the
right decision moving here. The experience of living at Hive has
become even better since the secret garden completed, arriving at
the building now feels like walking into a boutique hotel!"
Sharron relocated from the Jewellery Quarter to Hive and is
already enjoying the development's prime Eastside location within
walking distance of the Bullring, High Street and Colmore Business
District.
Hive brings an exciting and innovative new collection of studio
suites plus one and two bedroom apartments to Birmingham city
centre. The development's unique Secret Garden is now complete,
offering residents a private city centre oasis with views across
Birmingham's new City Park.
Kick started through funding from the Homes and Communities
Agency, Hive has triumphed over difficult market conditions,
delivering stylish new apartments that are also highly innovative.
All properties at the development are powered by Birmingham
District Energy Company (BDEC) - the first time residential homes
in the city have benefitted from the city's district water heating
system, saving an estimated 92 per cent of CO2 emissions and
reducing residents' hot water and heating bills by around 30 per
cent.
A choice of studio suite and one bedroom apartments are
currently available at Hive with prices starting from
£90,000.
