development company - will launch a series of seminars later this
month aimed at helping Midlands-based businesses achieve real,
sustainable change and growth.
The first 'Getting More Out of Less' seminar will be held on 22
November in Birmingham city centre. Designed for regional business
leaders who want to maximise the performance of their staff, the
free programme will focus on how to increase employee effectiveness
and subsequently bolster a company's bottom line.
The breakfast seminar will be delivered by Heather Wright and
Richard Burkard - the internationally-renowned keynote speakers,
trainers and authors from Advance. The duo will talk about the
essential qualities of strong leadership and the psychology of
powerful influence.
Wright is founding director at Advance Performance, which works
with a wide range of high-profile Midlands-based companies,
including Rolls Royce, Boots, Sunlight and Conoco. She commented:
