A Shropshire company has taken delivery of a new limousine to
help meet the needs of its growing business.
Pughs of Shrewsbury is one of Shropshire's leading independent
funeral directors and is based in Longden Coleham.
And now the company has added a new Mercedes Benz vehicle to its
fleet to help cope with an increase in requests for funeral
limousines.
Managing director, Peter Forrest, said the new limousine was
based on the brand new Mercedes Benz 212 E-Class, and was one of
the very first to be delivered in the UK by Coleman Milne.
The company is the market leader in creating, building, and
selling hearses and limousines nationwide, and uses its own British
engineers.
"We're very proud to have taken delivery of the new limousine,
and it will play a key role in helping us to continue to offer the
very highest levels of service to the families we support.
"It's a very impressive vehicle that will fit well in our fleet
and we're pleased that it will enable us to have even more
flexibility to create bespoke funeral arrangements to meet our
customers' individual needs."
Pughs of Shrewsbury was established by Jabez Pugh in 1890 and is
now run by the fourth generation of the Pugh family.
It provides a personal service to bereaved families across
Shropshire and Mid Wales from its historic riverside offices.
