A thriving company that provides pharmacists and optometrists to
community pharmacies and opticians across the UK has found a move
to SEGRO's Kings Norton Business Centre (KNBC) to be just what the
doctor ordered.
Team Locum has recently signed a 10-year lease for a 1,900 sq ft
unit in Regal Court, Kings Norton, and the outlook for the future
is healthy. The company employs 14 members of staff, all based at
the new premises.
Jane Leedham, leasing manager for SEGRO, said: "We are pleased
to welcome Team Locum to the Kings Norton Business Centre and
provide the company with a unit that will help to improve the
working environment for its employees and, in turn, the level of
service they provide to clients."
Terry Yearsley, director of professional services at Team Locum,
said: "We chose KNBC because we already have a great relationship
with SEGRO and they have been very helpful with explaining the
leasing process.
"In our previous office the team was spread over several floors,
but now we are all on one floor we can work more efficiently to
ensure we continue to provide a first class service to our
clients."
Terry and his wife Linda, director of operations, started the
business in 2001 and say the key to their success is maintaining a
high standard of locums who use the agency, and ensuring the
business is compliant with required industry legislations.
Team Locum places hundreds of locum pharmacists in nationwide
vacancies every week. The company's aim is to provide an optimum
service - matching locums' skills, availability and
preferences to meet the needs of its clients. For more information,
