Central Property Repairs, one of the Midlands leading property
repair companies, believes employees will be able to work more
efficiently after moving to a bigger unit at SEGRO's Kings Norton
Business Centre.
The move from the Prince Road to Crown Road saw the company's
operating space expand from 1,555 sq ft to 4,159 sq ft. Central
Property Repairs' sister company, Birmingham Scaffolding (Midlands)
Ltd, has also relocated from its previous unit in Ullenhall, so
both businesses now operate from one site.
During its 10-year lease, Central Property Repairs also has
plans to increase the space further, to approximately 9,000 sq ft,
with a yard to store scaffold tubing.
Jane Leedham, leasing manager for SEGRO, said: "We are pleased
to provide Central Property Repairs with a unit that allows them to
bring their businesses together and have plenty of opportunity to
grow the company even further."
Dean Mills, director of Central Property Repairs, said: "Our two
companies work very closely with each other so, by bringing all the
units together, it will make us work more efficiently and keep
business costs down. We mainly cover the Birmingham area so SEGRO's
Kings Norton Business Centre is in a prime location and has been
very accommodating with our business needs when we were looking for
a larger unit.
"We believe that if you're going to do something, do it well.
The new site will ensure we continue to provide a first-class
service to our existing clients and hopefully gain some new ones in
the area."
Kings Norton Business Centre is the premier Business Centre in
south Birmingham, meeting the business space needs of a diverse
range of companies. Located on a 24.3 hectare (60 acre) site, its
local management team is able to cater for the needs of the
occupiers from its on-site regional office. The estate is
maintained on a structured basis providing a first class business
and working environment, with tenants benefiting from 24-hour
mobile security, CCTV coverage and consequential low crime
rates.
