Construction and property advisor Rider Levett Bucknall has launched a construction dispute resolution service.

Newly appointed construction claims and contracts expert Trevor Drury will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for the service delivery. 

Rider Levett Bucknall will provide a range of services including strategic procurement and contractual advice, commercial risk management, time management, claims and dispute resolution, expert witness and project recovery.

Disputes can arise at any point during the project and timings are often critical.  

"No one wants to be involved in a construction dispute, but the complexity, speed and risks associated with the development and construction process means that disputes can occur," said Trevor.

"The most important factor is that people get advice from qualified and experienced personnel as soon as possible so that a solution can be found without incurring additional costs, risks or reputational damage."
