Solihull is the chosen location for a thriving web-based company called Comply Serve, which is consolidating its offices to accommodate a growing customer base.

The project compliance solutions company, is taking nearly 2000 sq ft at The Courtyard, a Prudential Pensions office scheme, on the Warwick Road and as Chris Rolison, CEO from Comply Serve says the move reflects the growth of the company and its need for larger dedicated premises.

"The Solihull office is a more accessible location for our staff, customers and associates being only five minutes from the motorway network and a short walk from the London Midland and Chiltern Railways mainline station. The move has presented the opportunity to merge the Birmingham and Cambridge teams within the new office. This is an exciting time for the company as we expand our markets both vertically and internationally and the new offices will support our expected growth for the foreseeable future"

The building Comply Serve is moving into, is one of two recently refurbished by the landlord, Prudential Pensions, offering a modern complex with a high level of specification, set close to the heart of the town centre.

Jon Carmalt, from Jones Lang LaSalle, joint agents with Salway Bradbury added. "The landlord has done an excellent job on the refurbishment, providing strong new headquarters for Comply Serve and a positive new image moving forward for the company.

"The Courtyard's location on the Warwick Road, offers a speedy access onto the M42 which is helpful to both its employees and clients who may have to come from further afield. It's also close to  the well presented town centre shops and nearby Touchwood Court shopping centre, providing a quality of office scheme which is in short supply in Solihull as new build has virtually ground to a halt.

Comply Serve Limited is the provider of unique, web-based project and product compliance solutions to clients operating in highly regulated industries. Comply Serve's business focus is in markets where there is a need to address complex compliance and assurance goals on high risk, high value programmes of work
