Serviced office space company Pure Offices Ltd has completed its
new office development in Oldbury, West Midlands.
The Oldbury Centre is located on a one-acre site at the junction
of Broadwell Road and the A4034 Bromford Road, Oldbury. The
building comprises purpose-built serviced office spaces over three
floors, constructed by Gloucester based Barnwood Construction Ltd.
The serviced offices, the first development by Pure Offices in the
Black Country, are situated adjacent to Sandwell and Dudley railway
station.
Stella Broster, Pure Offices' Oldbury Centre manager, said,
"I've watched The Oldbury Centre grow from a patch of derelict
wasteland to this fabulous flagship building right at the heart of
the UK. We have had over 60 enquiries already, from companies from
all over the West Midlands, with five of them ready to sign up. We
are bang on schedule and I'm delighted with the whole process to
date. Barnwood Construction has delivered consistently throughout
the build and we now have a fantastic result.
"We are holding an Open Day on Thursday 13th October from
10.00am - 1.00pm for SMEs interested in seeing the great facilities
we have here. Spaces available include offices and suites from
165sq ft to 1,160 sq ft. and there are monthly contracts with no
long term commitment and no expensive legal fees. There's also
instant availability, with a choice of comms packages, broadband up
to 30mb and low cost telephony, so on signing the licence, tenants
can move in immediately and connect up."
Councillor Ian Jones, Sandwell Council's Cabinet Member for Jobs
and Economy, said "The Council is really pleased with the
partnership established with Pure Offices to bring forward this
Council owned site for development. The new Centre helps to plug a
gap in Sandwell's supply of small, high quality offices available
on flexible letting terms.
"I'm sure the quality of the accommodation and services provided
together with the Centre's location next to Sandwell and Dudley
station and proximity to Junctions 1 and 2 on the M5 will prove
particularly attractive to existing local businesses and those who
want to move into the Borough.
"I'd encourage businesses to take up the opportunity of visiting
the Centre to see what's on offer", he added.
