The new Managing Director (MD) of Telford-based the Complete Group has praised the continued improvements in the high quality of care supplied by the company since her appointment a year ago.

Sally Yandle joined the country's leading care provider following 25 years working in the service industry, including many years as a Global specialist in recruitment and the Operations Director and Senior Director of a large national company.

In recent years Sally has worked in key areas including health, complex healthcare, domiciliary care and learning disabilities.

She said: "Quality is everything and I believe we offer that in abundance.

"We have made significant improvements during my first year as MD to make sure we are the first choice for the conditions we manage.

"A safe clinical approach is a high consideration for us and a key part of our core values. We aspire to offer a flexible, cost effective approach, making life easier for all.

"I am committed to continually evolving our services to reflect new developments and best practice to support our mission statement which is to enable people with severe disabilities to live an independent life within the community by providing them with the highest quality services that fully meet their chosen lifestyle."

She added: "Thanks to the support of our parent company Housing 21, The Complete Group is a stable and secure organisation.

"Over the coming months and years, our focus will be on investment - investing in the training of our staff and in our services so we can continue to provide the high quality care our clients are used to and offer them even more."

The company supplies tailored complete care packages for disabled people with spinal or brain injuries and other disabling conditions, such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.

With the independent care sector facing immense challenges including competing with public sector services, working with a new model of NHS, and the fragile economic outlook, Sally says the Group is well prepared to offer flexible plans.

She said: "With the current pressures on the economy, we know that money is tight everywhere.

"At The Complete Group, we understand the need for flexibility, with the cost of services considered and tailored for the individual.

"We are committed to providing the best quality of care in the face of the harshest economic climate."
