Award-winning housebuilder Miller Homes East Midlands is preparing to open the doors to a new four-bedroom showhome at its popular development, The Vales in Nottinghamshire.

The Hardy style property at the Bingham-based development will be officially unveiled on Friday 7 October and potential homebuyers are being invited along to be amongst the first to take a look inside. 

The family townhouse has a spacious family/dining room and a light first-floor lounge. It also benefits from unique features such as an unusually large landing and en-suite shower room as part of the master bedroom.

HomeBuy Direct is a Government initiative designed to help first-time buyers, renters and those living at home to move into affordable home ownership. Buyers are offered an equity loan of up to 30 per cent of the purchase price, co-funded by Government and Miller Homes. Any household earning £60,000 or less who cannot afford to buy a suitable property on the open market is eligible for the scheme.
