Launch of Brindley Gardens paves way for more development in Rugeley

Walton Homes has revealed exclusive new homes at its Brindley Gardens development in Rugeley - a move which will pave the way for further development in the area.

Located off Brereton Road, Brindley Gardens comprises three detached luxury three-bedroom houses, each benefitting from two allocated parking spaces and mature gardens. Built to a high specification, the luxury family homes boast spacious and airy rooms with designer Symphony kitchens fully equipped with modern appliances and stylish décor.

The launch of Brindley Gardens will pave the way for the construction of a further 61 properties at Walton's Brindley Rise development off Wharf Road in the centre of Rugeley - with the first homes due to be completed by Christmas.

Helen Rollason, sales manager at Walton Homes says: "We are very excited to have launched this exclusive new development in Rugeley. The spacious three-bedroom houses have been very well received both by the local public and those moving to the area, with many commenting that the properties, which boast large, fenced gardens make the perfect family home - giving children the space they need to run around.

"Additionally, Brindley Gardens benefits from being just a two minute walk away from the centre of Rugeley, with its charming weekly markets selling a variety of local produce. The railway station is also only a short walk away, providing an easy route into the rest of Staffordshire, perfect for commuters and the occasional shopping trip."

Construction is now complete at Brindley Gardens, with properties ready for immediate occupation and, with prices starting from just £149,950, the development is already attracting a variety of potential purchasers, including families from the local area and those wishing to move into Staffordshire.

Helen continues: "People have told us that the quality of our product stands out in the local marketplace, which is very rewarding news. Walton has been developing new homes across the Midlands for close to 30 years and we are looking forward to revealing more luxury properties in Rugeley at the launch of our Brindley Rise development in the upcoming weeks."

Brindley Rise, which will be launched later this month, comprises 37 stylish apartments, ranging from studios to one and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes, plus 24 three-bedroom houses.

Walton Homes is a family run housebuilder based in Lichfield, with a track record spanning over 25 years in the regional property industry. The force behind a significant number of regeneration projects and new homes developments in Staffordshire and the wider West Midlands area, Walton Homes has secured a reputation for its bespoke, quality approach to house building.

The show home at Brindley Gardens is available to view from 11am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday. For more information on both Brindley Gardens and Brindley Rise, please call Walton Homes on 01889 577 562.
