RSM Tenon has appointed Jane Martin as a financial service specialist to bolster the East Midlands' expert team.

Jane, who will be based in Nottingham, brings 16 years' industry experience to RSM Tenon to the firm's financial management team, strengthening its reputation as a leader of expert advice in the region.

Jane will be responsible for advising private individuals, business entrepreneurs and professional partners in all aspects of financial planning. The appointment is a strategic move by RSM Tenon which will bolster its private client offering across the whole of the East Midlands.

Jane's appointment means that there are five people in the East Midlands team with chartered financial planner status. She will add to the growing number of RSM Tenon employees awarded this prestigious standing. 

"With only 2000 individuals with chartered planner status in the UK it clearly shows that our financial management team has the expertise and knowledge to offer outstanding advice and service," added Charles.

Jane has joined from a firm of accountants based near Loughborough where she was financial services manager. She has also worked for AXA, Standard Life and Prudential. Jane achieved the Chartered Financial Planner Status last year; chartered status is the pinnacle for the financial planning professional.
