HROC Group has strengthened its team with the appointment of
three new staff. Charlotte Banks joins the Digital team; Chris
Marshall joins Creative Services, while Lee Hall joins the PR
department.
The Birmingham based agency has increased staff numbers by over
40% in the last 12 months. The three new additions mean the company
now has over 40 communication specialists working across its PR,
Creative Services and Digital divisions. To compliment this, HROC
recently moved to a new facility on Highfield Road, Edgbaston, in
order to accommodate the expanding team.
Carl Hazard, Managing Director of HROC Group, comments: "We have
experienced significant growth despite the recent difficult
economic period. The creative and diverse nature of our
organisation has helped us traverse these difficult times and the
new appointments reflect our steady and continuing
growth.

company."
Chris initially worked for HROC as a designer in 1989 before
spreading his wings as a freelancer, spending several years working
from Madrid and Indonesia. The allure of the English shores proved
too much and he returned home to rejoin HROC as a Senior Designer,
working across a number of high profile brands.
Following her graduation from Nottingham Trent University in
Fashion Marketing and Communication in 2010, Charlotte moved to
Green Room Retail as an Account Executive where she worked on world
renowned brand Nike. She joins HROC as a Digital Account Manager
working across a variety of international clients.
Having also graduated from Nottingham Trent with an English with
Creative Writing degree, Lee completed an internship with
Birmingham based Big Cat Group before joining Sutton Coldfield
based agency Haslimann Taylor. He joins HROC as an Account
Executive working across a number of B2B and trade accounts.
