Lincolnshire Home Improvement Agency, an award-winning charity
helping people modify or improve their homes, is relocating its
Sleaford, Gainsborough and Boston staff to Saracen House, City
Office Park, Lincoln.
"We very much welcome the agency to Lincoln. We are seeing more
organisations and companies favouring Lincoln and its
infrastructure as a base for their business." said Dan Race of
Hodgson Elkington, chartered surveyors who have secured the
letting.
The Agency has taken a first floor, self-contained office suite
and will join occupiers at Saracen House including Barclays Bank,
The Inland Revenue, and The Red Cross.
Lincolnshire Home Improvement Agency director, Mick King has
confirmed the relocation to Saracen House should be complete by
mid-November.
